World Language

In the World Language Department, we believe that students should be able to read, write, and speak proficiently. Immersed in real-world and virtual environments, students will master a variety of forms of effective communication in target language. Students develop an awareness of the perspectives, practices, and artifacts of global communities through language in order to discover cultural and linguistic commonalities as well as sharpen their critical thinking skills.
