Tammy McGilvery

 

Mrs. McGilvery grew up in suburban Maryland and moved to Virginia after graduating from college.  She has been a Warrenton resident for over 20 years.  Prior to joining the KRHS library team she worked at the  Fauquier County Library in Warrenton.  She is a graduate of James Madison University (BBA in Computer Information Systems), Marymount University (MS in Information Management) and Longwood University (MS in School Librarianship).  She has worked at Kettle Run since 2010. Mrs. McGilvery and her husband Bill have two children who graduated from Kettle Run High School. Romance is Mrs. McGilvery's favorite genre but she also loves a good Mystery or Fantasy book.

Michelle Frazier

 

Mrs. Frazier grew up in Fauquier County, but is now a  resident of Culpeper County.  She has been an educator for many years.  Mrs. Frazier began her career in Culpeper County then spent the next 15 years at M. M. Pierce Elementary where she taught third grade for eight years and first grade for seven. She graduated from Radford University with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and from Longwood University with a Master’s degree in School Librarianship.  In 2016 she came to Kettle Run as a Librarian. Mrs. Frazier and her husband, Rod, have three children:  Elizabeth a Virginia Tech grad, Aiden a Kettle Run 2021 grad, and their youngest Caleb. The Frazier’s also have two wonderful dogs, Buddy an Aussiedoodle and Luna an Airedale Terrier. Mrs. Frazier enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her family. Her favorite genres are historical fiction and fantasy, but she is open to all good stories. 

Miss Bethany DeRenzis

 

 

Beth DeRenzis was born and raised in the Middlebury, Vermont area and attended undergrad at the Wilkes-Barre campus of Pennsylvania State University. She moved to Warrenton in 2014, and currently lives with her family and their 2 dogs, Nikita and Shasta. She loves reading and all things book related and plans to return to school to obtain her Master’s in Library Science.
